Visualization technology has developed continuously in recent years, visual thinking plays a more and more important role in scientific research.Petroleum industries usually takes an aproach by using water injection mining so that oil and water mixture has been transmitted in form of two-phase flow in the pipline.This kind of flow phenomenon seems to commonly appear in the airtight pipe, but that cannot be directly observed. If we can realize the visualization of this flow phenomena, change lots of monitoring data into image, which can inspire people's image thinking and make complex principles and rules become easy to understand.It also provides visual information for scientific discovery and control decision. Therefore the key task of the study is how to realize the two-phase flow visualization.This paper puts forward a new simulation schemes based on the study of the visual simulation technology and summarize the other technology tried on the basis of insufficient.Firstly, establish horizontal circular pipe of 3d model in 3DMAX software. For the model of quality directly impact simulation test results, so i use lofting modeling, complex modeling technology to establish the oil pipeline, which is the initial model of 3d model.Then i do the process of texture, color, light to the model and set goals handling camera which documents particles of animation; Secondly i use particle system to simulate water-oil two phase flow state, create particle system launcher, make each particle presents different state of motion and attributes. Applicate MAXScript scripting language to make paticle system controlled and debugged, which also in order to make good use of particle system function. After process of modeling, rendering, establishing particle system,the formation of two-phase flow pattern is still cannot achieve real effect rudiment.So as to solove the problem of low image quality of redressing sparse matrix, applicate scattered data visualization of Multi Quardric interpolation algorithm to enhence image detail.Lastly i make another render to output animation. Judging from the simulation results, this scheme can reflect oil pipeline oil-water two-phase flow patterns vividly. So as to achieved better effect on the performance analysis of two phase flow visualization system. I use popular fluid engineering calculation analysis software FLUENT according to this problem. That is why i choose it to do water-oil two phase flow calculation. Through the establishment of physical model and mathematical model, the iterative computing and post-treatment.The output shown can solve pipe two-phase flow calculation analysis problem better and obtain the flow field of flow velocity and pressure distribution, mixing and phase distribution etc output data. Two schemes combined not only provide vivid images for on-site, but also provide corresponding output data, and enhance interaction of the system.
