In the process of oil exploitation, water injection is one of the most effectiveways. Therefore, the phenomenon of oil-water two-phase flow exists widely inoil pipeline. Because of the internal pipeline invisibility, in the study of oil-watertwo-phase flow laws will encounter great difficulties. In the aspect of reduceenergy consumption and develop anticorrosion measures. To visualize the realflow phenomenon will provide valuable reference.Based on the research of visualization technology and realistic fluidsimulation technique, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the previousapplication of visualization simulation of fluid, and put forward a new solution.This paper is combine RealFlow with C4D technology to simulate two-phasefluid flow, implemented a two-phase liquid mixture of oil and water dynamicvisual models by Python scripting language Combined with C4D lighting,rendering and other functions based on RealFlow fluid dynamics simulationtechnology. Innovative proposed parallel hyperboloid function Multiquadricalgorithm, sparse matrix interpolation of test data after image reconstructionenhance image detail display, while taking advantage of multi-core features toimprove the efficiency of the algorithm. Simulation results show that usingimproved parallel radial basis interpolation algorithm can enhance the resultdetails of visual display, also can solve problems of detected data sparse.RealFlow combined C4D interactive platform can effectively simulate the fourkinds of two-phase flow pattern of continuous dynamic process, significantlyimproved the previous visualization technology of making fluid effects stiff andunreal, and provided a better solution for fluid motion visual system development.In order to make up the deficiencies in the performance analysis of two-phase flow visualization system, this paper takes the fluid dynamics simulationsoftware Fluent as the platform, numerical analysis method for oil-water two- phase. Analysis of the in depth analysis of different water ratio and numericalcalculation in the case of oil-water two phases, the distribution of oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal pipevelocity, pressure and other relevant data areanalyzed and compared.The two scheme not only provides3D animation image display for theindustrial scene, but also provides a powerful data analysis results.
