A machine-room, which is equipped with device for communicating and navigating and monitoring, is an important unit of civil aviation ATC system. To guarantee devices running well in spite of heat generated by them, it is important to monitor the environmental temperature and humidity. In some circumstances, air-conditioners stop working leads to high temperature. Without timely detection will result in bad consequences. Therefore, working state won t be stable and lifespan of devices will be shortened. Too be worse, devices will out of working and affect flight safety. In order to make good circumstance to devices running, it is necessary to detect the temperature and humidity.Nowadays, operator has to take duty to patrol machine-rooms regularly during 24 hours. Not only does the operator has to bear a bigger burden, but also is the hidden danger discovered timely. To use this system to monitor the environmental temperature and humidity, information will be gathered and handled more quickly. As well as fault alarms will attract attention and be recorded and analyzed and eventually be handled immediately.In the paper, we had briefly introduced blackguards and significance of the subject as well as the relative work at home and abroad. Then working way and configuration of ZNE-100T will be covered. In the next chapter, composition and structure of the system will be specifically described, as well as the realization and composition of the digital transmitter of temperature and humidity and the data concentrators. Next, functions realized by transmitter software and the processing of the program. In the design section, design of supporting database and the monitoring software will be discussed. In the end, it is summary and future work.After running in actual condition, the system can meet requirement to monitoring the temperature and humidity of the machine-room. Not only can it detects every rooms temperature and humidity real-time, but also can it alarm when exception occurs. Above all, the trait is that it works stably and reliably as well as its easy-using and cost-effective.
