As we all know, a large number of sensors, actuators and controllers are widespread used to complete the scene industrial process control and automation in these industries, such as textile, chemical, food, water, etc. With the development of the factory automation and management information, how to manage and monitor these nodes has become a hot research topic.This article introduces a lightweight one-wire bus sensor network protocol against the existing sensor network protocol problems. The protocol consists of three parts: the physical layer, data link layer and the application layer. Frame types and a non-destructive by-bit arbitration mechanism are used in the link layer to identify the deference between the event, the client/server communication and the node reset. And the event/action model is used in the application layer to provide a kind of independent and extensible protocol between the developers and users.On the basis of the one-wire bus sensor network protocol, this paper researches the way of how to achieve real-time monitor and PC settings. Therefore, the main research work presented in this paper is as following: 1. Research and design a custom lightweight one-wire bus sensor network protocol to meet the characters of sensor network nodes, which are with less resources, Simple calculation and high real-time requirements.2. Adopt the APRO component to realize the serial communications, and then monitor and set the states of the slaver computer by the host computer, including bus reseting, node table reading, node /channel status setting, events and movements status setting, as well as data reading.3. Optimize data acquisition and data processing to achieve the functions, such as data collection, data analysis, data security, data storage, data update, data display, data backup and so on.4. Complete the design of real-time monitor components, and make the components to correspond to the sensor nodes, so that they can display the state and the real-time data of the nodes.5. Design and implement of a host computer monitor system.The innovation is as follows: The system uses the events / Action model in the communication protocol. The nodes is abstracted as a composed of a number of targeted channels, each of which is defined some of the events and actions. The host computer is responsible for the configuration of the events and movements, so that it can reduce the burden of the slave computer, and improve the network response speed. The system which supports the client/server, publisher/ subscriber, publisher/ subscriber communication models will increase the network flexibility. Using of the disruption of multithreading and data access methods will enhance the efficiency of the data acquisition and network flexibility. CRC and supplementary information check mode will enhance the accuracy of the collected data. The system supports the realization of simple fault diagnosis and error handling mechanisms. And the system also supports the settings of the defined parameters to meet the needs of different developers.
