| With the work of hospital informatization in depth, more and more hospitals have their own PACS system. Though having the system, most of radiology still exist lots of tedious manual procedures( eg. film checking, giving.etc.)in daily workflow, which cause the film waste. E-film system can solve these problems by changing the traditional film print process. This system can strengthen the management department, reduce film waste, improve work efficiency, enhance the supporting clinical diagnosis ability, achieve radiology without film, and realize image information application from film to filmless.This thesis first introduces the IHE integrated model and the traditional hospital film print process, sum up the domestic and foreign technology development status and trends; then introduces the technology of E-film system, analyze the demands of system, describes the detailed design and implementation of system, and verify the validity and rationality of the design through systemic test. The main researches are as follows:1. Change the traditional film print process, strengthen the management department through E-film system, less film waste, improve work efficiency, enhance the supporting clinical diagnosis ability.2. Realize DICOM virtual printer based on DICOM3.0 standards. The DICOM virtual printer can accept print information of a variety of instruments and equipments ,which are based on DICOM3.0 standards, realize the seamless integration of PACS system.3. Provide automatic matching technology, which can realize the examination of patient information and the automatic matching of E-film.4. Realize CStore function based on DICOM3.0 standards, which can upload E-film to hospital'PACS server, provide clinical reading as a simple key image, improve reading efficiency and reduce the network load.5. Provide centralized printing function, which can retrieve the E-film from the PACS server, at one time, print the film and RIS report, and support the 0 key operating, make easier for person to sending film and report.6. Develope by WPF technology, which completely separate the interface design and program development, improve development efficiency. Background datebase uses ODBCconnection technology, which is easy to transplant the same with a variety of database platform, easy to transplant. |
