With the rapid development of modern communication technology and increases of communication channel capacity, people pay more and more attention to the importance of the communication security these years, so it's of urgent need to research and develop a new information security technology which is high-speed and high-confidentiality. In recent years, as a new type of confidential technology, the development of the chaos-based secure optical communications is rapid, due to its high dimensional broadband, unpredictability and complex nonlinear dynamic. It's a great challenge to the traditional secrecy systems. Therefore, the research on optical chaotic secure communication system which has high dimension and is portable and easy to debug, has important significance.The relevant technology at home and abroad are both developing rapidly in recent years,there are four method of optical chaos production and three related method of imformation signal modulation in the world currently. And the most important factor of the design of a light chaotic encryption system is the method of chao production , and the choose of synchronous way.This paper has combined domestic and foreign research status, compared several ways of light chaos production according to their advantages and disadvantages, improved the traditional method of chaotic productionc by improving the erbium fiber feedback loop, and discussed the various systems'module function, and also debugged and simulated the system equation which proved the feasibility of the scheme.This paper is based on optical communication simulation software optisystem realized the experimental optical circuit, used the theory of phase space reconstruction to analyze chaotic sequences generated by optical circuit, then calculate average lyapunov index and related parameters, proved the reliability of the secret communication, realizing the design goal of a system with high dimension, cabinet and lightweight .
