By the attached delay feedback loop, chaos is generated in the single loop erbium-doped fiber amplifier system. The method is effective and reliable.The chaotic characteristic of the system is studied based on the dynamical equation. Chaos synchronization is reached between two single-loop erbium-doped fiber amplifier by active-passive method and coupling method. The characteristic of each method are analyzed. Through the simulation result, it is found that the chaos synchronization can be realized in the large range of parameter.The general methods of signal modulation in chaotic communication are introduced in the thesis, chaotic secure communication with single-loop erbium-doped fiber amplifier is analyzed by numerical simulation. The result indicates that system can realize the secure communication exactly, which supply the theory base for designing the real secure communication system.
