With the development of science and technology, the electronic confrontation (e-confrontation) is playing an increasingly important role in the modern war. Radar detection, interfering the work of the enemy's radar and some other electronic equipment is quite necessary in today's battlefield. Under this background, the study of the e-confrontation simulation has significant meaning. In this paper, we systematically study the domestic and foreign electronic warfare simulation research, and carefully analyze the user's practical needs. We design and implement a kind of distributed electronic warfare simulation system, which is a software based, hardware supplemented system. Using the simulation system, users are able to design their own e-confrontation scenes, simulate these scenes in training and make the electronic warfare effectiveness evaluation. The main work as follows:First, after the research on electronic warfare simulation at home and abroad, combined with user's requirements in the project, this paper presents the general framework, the module division and the technical program of the e-confrontation simulation system, which is a distributed, multi-seat e-confrontation simulation system.Second, this paper researches on the principle of radar and radar confrontation, and establishes simulation models for radar distance measurement, beam shape, the process of e-confrontation etc... By these models, the simulation system is able to analysis the electromagnetic spatial distribution, real-time draw the radar power graph, frequency spectrum, and some other charts in the simulation process.Third, this paper researches on the method to effectiveness evaluation of radar confrontation, designs and implements effectiveness evaluation system for e-confrontation. After scene simulation, users can use effectiveness evaluation system to evaluate the interference time accuracy, frequency accuracy, the signal pattern accuracy, and display these results with some graphics and word documentsFinally, the paper summarizes the research and gives an expectation of the future's work.
