Modern radar faces an increasingly complex electromagnetic environment.With the continuous development of radar interference technology,the forms of interference have gradually evolved from interference such as suppressed interference and false target deception to phantom track.It creates larger threats conventional radar and networked radar,so the research on the identification and confrontation of phantom track is getting more and more attention.Based on the analysis of the basic principle and mechanism of phantom track,combined with the different types of phantom track,this paper proposes several methods for the identification and confrontation of phantom track,and the effectiveness of the method is carried out by simulation.The main research work and achievements are organized as follows:1.The main-lobe and side-lobe deception included in the phantom track are introduced.Because of the development of ultra-low side-lobe and side-lobe cancellation techniques,the effect of the side-lobe track deception jamming is not good enough.So this paper focuses on the range gate pull off(RGPO)phantom track and the range false target phantom track in the main-lobe deception,and elaborates its basic principle and production mechanism.2.The method of identifying and confronting phantom track is studied.Firstly,the method of identifying the existence of false target is introduced,then the method of confronting of RGPO is analyzed in detail.When RGPO interference exists,the radar distance tracking gate is easily towed away by the false target and gradually away from the real target.Therefore,the false track is generated on the radar terminal interface,and the real target is lost.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a method to combat the interference,which is to improve the calculation method of the associated probability by using the real measurement and the false measurement speed information based on the standard PDA tracking algorithm.This method leads to a larger correlation probability weight to the track of the real measurement.The simulation shows that both methods can make the radar track the real target in the presence of RGPO interference correctly.As for the false target phantom track,the difference of angle measurement error from true target and false target is analyzed and a method for identifying true and false track based on distance discrimination is proposed.The effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.3.The method of identifying the radar netting multi-machine coordinated phantom track is studied.Firstly,the analysis of the error created by multi-machine coordinated phantom track is carried out.Furthermore,the difference caused by the error from true track and false track is analyzed.Secondly,feature learning is performed based on Mahalanobis distance,distance similarity,and Lanzhou distance constructed by track measurement.Based on the combination of different features,the support vector machine algorithm is used to identify the true target track.The validity of the method is verified by simulation analysis.
