Research On Key Technology Of Power Bill Management System Based On B/S Structure

Not only large enterprises realize comprehensive information management now, the small and medium-sized enterprises also bring all kinds of non-core affairs implement information management gradually, such as employee remuneration management, finance reimbursement and utilities management, etc. As an enterprise develops frontier technologies of communication, telecommunications operator should walk in front on the enterprise's information management. However, some telecom enterprises still use the traditional tools manage power bill, such as Excel. With low efficiency and easy to make a mistake, it's difficult to obtain effective information from statistical data to help power bill management. Under information management, we can force the sites regulate the electricity price and power financial management, and the work efficiency will greatly improve. Through scientific data analysis, managers can get effective information to help them make decisions and save energy effectively for the enterprise.Aiming at the power bill management of small and medium-sized enterprises, the papers studied overall structure and module of power bill management and analysis system in detail. Firstly it compared the advantages and disadvantages of Client/Server and Browser/Server structures, combined with the needs of the users, it chose the B/S as the structure to design and develop, and introduced the system structure and function of modules from the perspectives of system users and developers separately. Then it discussed the key technologies of ASP.NET2.0 in the process of development, such as web pages manufacture technology, ASP.NET built-in object, data binding and ActiveX control. Then from logic and technical level it researched how to develop and implement the key son modules of the system with VS 2005 under Windows XP flat, also discussed the realization of the B/S structure screen monitoring function. Finally, the operation situation and test results of the Power Bill Management and Analysis System verify the correctness and reliability of the system.This system has been used by telecom company, the power bill management made better gradually in most areas, phenomenon of stole or waste electricity significantly reduced, saving the expenditure of power bill, and achieved the purpose of regulate electricity scientifically.
