Along with the development of container port, the competition becomes more and more fierce. Besides geographical position and hinterland of economic conditions of the port, the port technical conditions, the working efficiency and management level also reflects its competitiveness. Company executives should realized that to achieve the ideaolgy of "fourth-generation port service", a sound logistic operation platform has to be built for shipment loading to make the terminal land logic operation to be systemic, rationalized and collaborated.After years of leapfrog development, the FICT made an achievement on operation efficiency, internal management, and external service. However, the company's IT system can hardly satisfy transportation scientific management demands,.For example, the peak of integrated forecast and homework staggered mode applications, transportation vehicle scientific scheduling, pendulum transportation, water port information and company of the original system effectively integrated, the entire logistics tracking service, external yard the effective utilization of resources (virtual yard), wharf expanded function extension (virtual terminal), etc.In this paper the development of domestic and international container ports are analyzed. It states by using the Internet and embedded GPRS technologies combining plan to realize logistics coordination management platform design and development. Firstly, this paper designed based on Internet and embedded GPRS technology with the network management system to realize the land transportation logistics coordination management; the GPRS monitoring module are also analyzed; and then it analyzed the software and hardware circuitto gives each link, circuit analysis to draw the detailed design GPRS module. By applied to container terminal land logistics system management platform for the whole platform the module can achieve good results.
