The research is based on the detail investigation that put forward by Jiangxi provinceelectric power department. At present, the electric power users more and more, presentpoint polyhedral wider phenomenon. It is difficult to complete these power user’scomprehensive management and utilization status and power failure remote monitoring,fast, centralized management. For some remote industrial area, enterprise electricitymonitor is very difficult for remote control and paying arrears notification is not timely,needing to spend a large amount of manpower and material resources.“The GPRSpower management system design and Implementation is based on GPRS, TCP/IP” andthe network technology to achieve the different regions is the different nature of theelectric power users centralized management and remote control. Through the systemresearch and implementation of can rapid, we can focus on the whole system to open anaccount of power user’s basic information, data of power consumption, electric by usingremote acquisition and monitoring, and can also complete the terminal fault detectionand electricity abnormal event of report. The technology can be widely used in powercentralized management of users, controlling and user terminal state monitoring, for ourcountry’s energy and scientific management to provide necessary technical support.The GPRS power management system is based on computer hardware and softwaretechnology, electronic technology, modern wireless communication technology andelectric power, marketing technical Electro-Requirement integrated real-time electricityinformation acquisition, monitoring and analysis system. The electricity acquisitionterminal is based on public mobile GPRS communication network as the carrier,through the data packets to achieve site terminal and data communication between themaster station of the system, it has the power of electricity information management,electric remote data acquisition, terminal electrical data and in time online monitoringanalysis, managing electricity management, loading control, powering abnormal alarmand prepaid other functions.The GPRS power management system in the analysis, design and developmentprocess is the software engineering which is thought as the instruction, the smart grid of " full coverage, the collection, the prepaid " when designing object, please use UMLlanguage, to the case for driving completed system in each stage for model building,and eventually realize the system.In the thesis, it introduces the background and significance of the research topic,compared with the present domestic and foreign research status of remote meter reading,identifies the research content and target. On the development of GPRS powermanagement system, the related theory and technology are expounded. Then theobject-oriented development method, according to the user’s needs, the basis to use casedriven to complete the function modules is described, and the use of UML completedthe system in each stage model, the system involved persistent classes were analyzed,using UML method to complete the class and database table mapping, realize thedatabase system design, and give the system the run-time interface effect chart andsystem test plans and results.
