Study On The Tension Control In Continuous Annealing Processing Line

The development of automobiles in our country present a picture of prosperity. With thedevelopment of automobiles, the requirement of efficient and energy saving steel product hasbecome higher. Continuous annealing line has good quality, good strip, good surface andhomogeneity characteristic, which is the key device to product quality car steel plate. The systemof tension control is the key Technologies of continuous annealing line, which has a significanteffect on the yield and quality. This article is based on 300000 t continuous annealing processingline of FuJian Casey Steel plant, the content studied includes the following several respectmainly:1. The paper makes research around the action and the setting system of tension control, thedistribution and coordination relations of tension are described in detail.2. Based on Constant-Tension control, this paper introduced indirect strain control anddirect strain control. And it provides detailed reports on tension control system of uncoiler, coilerand skin pass mill .Finally, the curve has proved that the control system has played good result.3. Tension control of furnace area is the stress and the difficulty in this paper. The mainfactors which influence tension of furnace are also given, and this paper discusses the adjustingof furnace specially.4. In continuous annealing processing line, bridle rollers are designed to separate tension ofdifferent working procedures. The mathematic model about load balance control used in briderollers is established, and it calculates coefficient of torque match and designs torque matchsysytem.5. Transmission system,PLC,IPC and Touch made up a Local Area Network, the process ofestablishing the Local Area Network is introduced; the automatic control system is realized.
