Study And Design Of The Entry Loop's Control System Of Continuous Pickling Line

In recent years, continuous pickling line is replacing semi-continuous push-pull pickling line step by step. And the loop, which is an important part of continuous pickling line, ensure the line's continuity. Based on the project of continuous pickling line in cold rolling mill of Tangshan Jianlong, this paper studied the entry loop's control system, especially further studied the tension control and the accumulator control of the entry loop, and have finished a large amount of theories and practice work.On reading a lot of domestic and abroad document and commissioning on site, the paper summarized the development course of pickling line control system. On familiarizing the technology process and electric equipment on site, the paperdescribed Tangshan jianlong's project, did a research of loop control's software and hardware.The paper then analyzed the domestic and abroad various control solutions of pickling line's entry loop in recent years, and designed the complex tension control system. On basis of analyzing in theory, the paper modeled feed forward compensation of entry loop's tension control. And the paper also proposed its solution for possible delay of tension feedback.Besides, the paper analyzed the principle of incremental encoder and absolute encoder, introduced the algorithm of accumulator calculation based on Eltra's 32 bits multi-turns absolute encoder, and designed the accumulator control system. An emergency control design is proposed by taking into consideration of the equipment and personnel terms in the factory.The researches conclusions of this paper are verified in the project, all strips' qualification exceed what is wanted in the contract. The job of this paper has important reference value to the application study of modem control theory in the industrial scene, and has offered the basis of consulting to the domestic similar projects.
