| The rapid development of computer application technology which is represented by computer network and database technology improves the application of the enterprise management information system (MIS). As a new research area, workflow has been applied to many fields, including business information management, electronic government, office automation, manufacturing and so on. It's the core technology to realize the modeling, optimization and integration of process management, and to implement ultimately the automation of business process.In this thesis, the basic theory and related techniques of workflow and management information systems are introduced firstly. The business requirement of Foshan Jiali Import and Export Corporation is analyzed, In particular, customs agents business needs are also analyzed. The primary process of the company's import and export customs agent customs are described and the overall solution on how to build the enterprise management information system based on the workflow are proposed. Especially, the two design blueprints on how to achieve dynamic binding and invoking of functional point and on how to improve the flexibility of the database are discussed importantly. DotNet platform as the technology platform is used in system design, and DotNet Remoting is used in remoting processing primarily. In system data processing, Data Access Program Block of Microsoft Enterprise Library is used. In system security, Microsoft Security Program Block and the DB Rules Authorization Provider are used. The corresponding authority model is proposed which is the role-based access control model. In database design, lots of stored procedures and some triggers are used. The development methods of Foshan Jiali Import and Export Corporation MIS and the concrete realization of the function point module are described detailedly, and also the problem which is meet in the design process and the solution of the problem are expounded.Finally, the system that has been achieved by the thesis works normally and the system is in testing stage. |
