Research On Spaceflight Enterprise Material Management Technology Application

The advanced management ideas and methods should be apllied toastronautic enterprises and accomplished by the information technology, which isan important means to promote the development of China astronautic industry.The application of mature material management model with astronauticenterprises characteristics can not only reduce the cost to improve enterpriseefficiency, but also control the quality of products to ensure well-balancedoperation of enterprises. In this Dissertation, the management model forastronautic enterprises material is studied in order to reduce the material cost andenhance the quality assurance of the selected institute.This paper selected a institute as the research object. Through the use ofliterature review, enterprise systems planning method, flow chart, etc., combinedwith the institute the current status information management on supplies, on thebasis of which established material information systems architecture andanalyzed the relationship between Materials Management module and othercompanies' information management module, and formed the institute systematicinformation system of the company. This study has a certain significance for theinstitute decision makers to provide a guiding framework on the implementationof enterprise materials information management system, meanwhile, his researchcan enrich the theory of materials management and has a certain theoreticalsignificance for providing new management ideas; on the other hand, this paperhas some degree of reference means on for this industry and others on theimplementation of material management information system.
