| The tea color sorter is a high-tech and high-precision device which containsOpto-Mechatronics technology, uses the image information of selected tea to sortimpurities, completes the tea infarction picked and impurity work. The tea colorsorter intelligent control system which this paper designed, can effectivelyimprove the sorting rate and yield of tea color sorter, reduce the tea sorting costsand gas consumption.Based on the detailed demand analysis of tea color sorter intelligent controlsystem, the paper divided the control system into main control module,human-computer interaction module, CCD signal acquisition and processingmodule, spray valve driver control module and feeding control module. The papermainly researches the hardware and software design of each control module, thecommunication link between modules and the control algorithm of the fuzzy expectsystem of tea sorting gray value. By the systematic analysis, ARM7developmentboard was selected as the main controller,serial touch terminal was used as thehuman-computer interaction module, and the logic control chips were taken such asFPGA, CPLD, and MCU, with related chips to design the other modules. At thesame time,the communication protocol between main controller and each modulewere developed. In order to be aimed at the characteristics of the gray valueadjustment nonlinear and time-varying, the fuzzy control combined with expectsystem algorithm was used to do relative researches on adaptive adjusting to thetea color sorter gray value.In the period of system research and development, the paper used ARMDevelop Suite1.2to develop and debug the program of main controller, usedQuartusâ…¡of Altera company to develop the FPGA and CPLD chips, used DWINterminal show development assistant and SysDef to develop the touch screeninterface and touch-file. After a large number of experiments and repeatedlymodifying the parameters, the overall design and whole system debugging of teasorter intelligent control system were completed. |
