With the combination of internal combustion engine and electric vehicles, Hybrid electric Vehicle (HEV) has lead to improvements of vehicle performance, energy utilization efficiency and low polluting emission. The key components of HEV are high voltage battery,electrical motor and its control system. Electrical motor and Electrical drive control system with peak power and quick power response are the main power source of HEV, thus the deep research of technologies of the electrical motor and electrical drive system have significant meaning.The development and the innovation of science and technology lead to new regulation of vehicle software, how to design an efficient, high quality, low cast and high safety software is the hot-topic, a new kind of innovative, efficient, unified system development method is needed. So industries have to abandon the previous handwritten design method and adopt a new model based control development method, which from the system point of view and uniform way to deal with the visual software and real worlds, is the current hot technology-computer modeling and simulation.This paper mainly based on embedded system modular design idea, using the computer simulation technology to design the control model and the energy forecast system for the electrical motor, in the end design human-machine interface. The program is design based on the event-goal driving system, which is combining the event-goal with the finite state machine (FSM) method. The main work can be summarized as following six sections:writing requirements and abstract interfaces, model design, user interface design, integration design, module testing, integration testing and offline simulation. This study is based on the development of automotive embedded software engineering systems ideas and theories, and at the same time materializes the powerful MATLAB signal processing ability and graphical interface programming technology.
