With the development of science and technology, micro-angle measurement technique is constant researching and developing in precision machining, aerospace and other fields. Due to the characteristic of non-contact, high accuracy, good stability, the micro-angle measurement of photoelectric angle measuring method under a wide range of concerns. This thesis introduces a method based on photoelectric autocollimator to design an automatic test system, which is used to measure the sample's optical axle deflection angle by detecting the position of the CCD spot. Three dimensional angle measurement instruments can be three dimensional rotations through multi-dimensional stents. After the inner and middle ring rotates it controls the motor reset, and the rotation angle solution of the scale decompose to the outer ring. Rotation angle of the outer ring measures the angle of the optical axis offset.Firstly, this thesis expounds the background and the research significant of this project, and introduces the general methods of angle measurement. According to requirement of this project, this thesis presents the total design scheme of the system, and introduces the theory and the method in detail.Secondly, this thesis introduces the sub pixel detection imaging process and algorithms to improve the measurement accuracy. And the system calibration including collimator calibration and angle calibration is realized by programmer using software. As the calibration is the basic standard of system measurement, so it is the key of this project measurement accuracy.Finally, this thesis introduces the idea of the software design. Through software module designing to advance transplantation and secondary modify of the software. In order to develop the interface friendly, we modify the software interface in the latter part of interface design.
