The majority dynamic of helicopter when flying is generated by helicopter blades, so they are the most important part of helicopter. Blade running elevation measurement is one main specification of blade dynamic measurement, which directly affects the security and other important performance of helicopters and it is an important examining item.The measuring of blades pyramid angle at a very high speed so measurement is very difficult. This dissertation based on CCD imaging technology with digital imaging processing for blades pyramid angle compared with previous measurements with high accuracy, computer processing easy and automatic control advantages.Firstly, this dissertating introduced several mature measurements of blades pyramid angle test specially on CCD technology, give a overall design of the system, compare image results with different camera's location give the and analyze the system's error.Secondly, introduced the CCD camera and image acquisition card's principles and parameters. Because the high speed of the blades, design a synchronized system by external synchronized pulse in order to catch the accuracy image.Thirdly, the CCD camera calibration was researched in this paper. The laser calibration technology was specially researched and do tested with laser on the selected CCD camera.Fourthly, introduced some involved digital imagine processing technology. Focused on the filter and edge detecting technology were important introduced, the image processing software was designed, give the experiment results andsystem error were given. In the end, the conclusion was made about the system in this paper, and the steps taken to enhance the functions of the system were brought forward.
