Stabilized systems are important parts of modern weapon platforms, have always been regarded as the core of weapon system's design. In complex environment of battlefield, stabilized system performance has a direct impact on survival ability and operational effectiveness. So in design, detection of system stability performance has become an important segment. This paper designs a detective device of stabilized systems based on digital image processing. The device can detect attitude angle of the main body of weapons precisely. Main contents are as follows:First of all, this paper summarizes the method of high precision angle measurement, and takes a deep analysis on the actual angel. At the same time, this paper gives structure design of the system.Secondly, in order to solve the problem of initial vertical state, this paper adopts high accuracy optics equipment. In addition, system hardware of the image processing portion is designed, mainly including processor, acquisition card, storage equipment, etc.Again, in order to get image with high signal-to-noise ratio and clear high frequency edge at the same time, we studied the image de-noising algorithm based on wavelet neighborhood threshold and Bayesian local adaptive threshold. After that this paper gives an improved method of wavelet threshold function.Finally, this paper takes a research on edge detection using the method of wavelet modulus maxima in order to obtain centre of the image. At last this paper analyzes the error generated by parts of the system.
