Inertial navigation is a technology that utilize inertial components to measure aircraft's position, velocity, gesture and flight course. Inertial navigation system (INS) composed of inertial measurement device (IMD), computer and optical seeker (OS), in which IMD is used to measure moved parameters of aircraft, OS is used to get information of target object and compuer in charge of control aircraft's movement. In INS, OS and IMD are joint by nuts each other, so OS and IMD have the same gesture information. The computer processes the data which come from OS and IMD, then make decision to control aircraft's movement. However, there is an assemble error angle about OS and IMD which caused by process and assemble precision. So the gesture of OS is not same as the IMD's, which will lead to computer give birth to control error. If we could design an angle measurement system to measure the error angle, which will advance INS's precision and make a big contribute to national defence project.With the development of science and technology, angle measurement more and more toward to optical measurement. Meanwhile, digital image process technology has get great progress, which applications involving almost to the social life in all its aspects. Therefore, the analysis of image processing technologies in the field of optical measurement, will greatly improve optical measurement technology measurement accuracy, efficency, the degree of automation, optical measurement and greatly expanded the range and technical fields. In addition, the optical measurement technology has demonstrated its modular structure, in accordance with the functions can be divided into various sub-module. Optical measurement system for the majority of tasks are pairs of integrated functional modules It is based on the engineering and technical background, we initiate the task that based on the feedback of digital image angle measurement system integration research.In this paper, the reseach object is measurement system's integrated study, focusing on the system integration process in the issue. Its main point of measurement system, including the overall structure described, the methods of study in system automatically adjusts and image information extraction methods in detail. In last we will installed the IMD and OS on the angle of integrated systems, to verify system accuracy , functional integrity and reliability.The thesis is composed of seven chapters as following:In chapter 1, an overall summary of angle measurement technology and digital image process technology are given. Explicate the research background, significance and contents of the project.In chapter 2, introduce the principle of AMS. Introduce the test system scheme. Explicate every layer's function and give the integral structure drawing of AMS. Bring forward the software and hardware composing of AMS.In chapter 3, we compared and analyzed existing images information extraction methods against the background of corner detection system, and on this basis attained information extraction method of cross-cursor center point and circle fitting method from multi-point. We described in detail these two methods, gave the result of processing cross-cursor, and made error analysis on it, and drew a conclusion on its precision as well as the factors that influence the precision.In chapter 4, introduce the automatic adjustment method of AMS, and describe the control object of system. From this foundation, we discuss the adjustment methods of parallel-pipe and mirror detailedly.In chapter 5, define the function of the software test system. Design the function frame, and show the interface of the software. We complete software development of system in this chapterIn chapter 6, validate the AMS's integrality and reliability by typical experimentation.In chapter 7, summarize and review this paper, then give the possible research orientation in future.
