With the rapid development of logistics information, the establishment of a logistics business intelligence control and integrated management platform is very important. Based on the status of research and related logistics information theory, the use of computational intelligence technology to analyze the logistics critical control points, and made the modern enterprise logistics performance evaluation program based on lean logistics evaluation system. Through the logistics and transport, analysis and improvement, and integrate forecasting and comprehensive evaluation of the design and establishment of a lean logistics information platform, to achieve a comprehensive monitoring of the logistics business, fine analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the goal. The mainly contributions of this thesis include the following aspects:(1) For a vehicle online picking and route planning logistics information platform business presents two rationing model vehicle model and path planning based on Memetic algorithm to solve the low efficiency of enterprise logistics and transport vehicle picking and route planning difficult to apply to the issue of information technology platform.(2) According to the logistics and transportation process, the dynamic analysis mechanism of the logistics transportation is established by using the SOM neural network with the improved topology structure, logistics presented a comprehensive analysis of SOM neural network model based on the logistics analysis and research from different angles, effectively logistics and transport process of monitoring and early warning, improve transport efficiency of third-party transportation units.(3) In order to increase the overall value and quality of logistics services, to meet customer demand with low cost, logistics information platform added to the performance evaluation process lean logistics, lean logistics proposed performance evaluation scheme based on the correlation matrix and to achieve the performance evaluation program associated with the AHP matrix combination to improve the accuracy of evaluation of logistics. Through insight logistics process analysis, build lean logistics and lean logistics management model evaluation system, reflecting the continuous improvement of lean logistics and perfect features.(4) Designs and implements lean logistics information platform. Combine enterprise logistics supply chain and logistics overall mode of operation, the design of the overall architecture of the logistics platform, analyzes the various functional modules logistics platform and logistics platform designed detailed flow of each module, the platform’s main business module for page effect display, ensure the logistics information platform capable of intelligent, efficient and stable operation.By actually running lean logistics information platform, the platform run advantage has been effectively verified, further simplifying the logistics of vehicles picking and distribution processes, greatly improving transport efficiency, decision-making control and integrated management of the entire logistics operations, improve the overall competitiveness of the logistics industry.
