Measurement refers to the network through the acquisition of network packet analysis, the statistics of the corresponding critical network information. In the special industrial control applications, due to its real-time network, health monitoring and other high performance requirements, so the measurement of industrial Ethernet networks is necessary. This paper focuses on building industrial site easy to use embedded network measurement techniques were studied and realized.First of all, from measurement of network theory were summarized. Network measurement based on past data of the article, the contents of the network measurements and methods are summarized. In this paper, packet loss, latency measurement and network performance parameters measured through routing, network measurement system was designed architecture. Measurement of the structure of the network structure is divided into data packets, packet access, packet analysis, data storage, data show that the five steps. Then turn on the five parts of the research analyzed in detail.Secondly, from experiment realized network measurement hardware platform. Main contents: embedded network measurement environment of structures, the realization of the daemon, procedure automatic startup configuration, system Telnet control.
