Design And Implementation Of Electronic Business System To The Special Customs Control Zones

Today's society has entered the information age and information technology has become the key to increasing productivity. In the special customs control zones, which contain customs clearance, bonded, and other services, the traditional document declaration, approval processes and complex customs procedures, not only cost a lot of manpower and material resources, but also greatly reduce the logistics customs clearance efficiency. Therefore, to ensure closely customs supervision, an Internet-based information service system is undoubtedly the key to solving this problem.Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone is a comprehensive information platform which provides business and information services. Commissioned by the Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone Management Committee, Guangdong NFHA was responsible for the development of the information system project. As a project manager during the development, I was responsible for system requirements analysis, architecture design and core module coding and system deployment. This paper also used this project as background, summarizes and outlines the general customs supervision information system architecture models and basic configuration.This paper firstly introduces the key business model and processes of customs supervision, analyzes and summarizes the basic functions of the system, and then according to Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone Customs actual business situation, analyzes user requirements and plans the system modules. Second, research and analyze the core technology the project was involved in, On the base of the .NET MVC 2 framework used in the system, analyzes and designs user management, processing books, logistics books, cargo bill, collect bill and dispatch bill modules with object-oriented methods. Finally, the paper summarized the work done, and further research work in the future, the current Haikou Integrated Free Trade Zone information platform is in the experimental stage. During the period, the system is stable and business processes are smooth. In January 13th 2011, this system was confirmed by the national project acceptance.
