In order to guarantee measure the liquid level accurately,the system design measure liquid level with the radar liquidometer.Due to liquid temperature is different within each height in the tank, In order to ensure the measurement temperature is more accurate and reliable, system design in oil tank internal different height distributed deployment multiple temperature sensor.System will collect liquid level and temperature signalto FCU through bus way, these signals finally through field communication unit process and conversion, through RS485 bus transfer measured data to embedded industrial PC, this embedded industrial computer conversion and process the collected data and get necessary quality data for customs supervision need, finally through VPN Ethernet transmission supervised the bonded oil real data uploaded to customs supervision system server. Therefore, the system hardware mainly studies the embedded industrial PC selection, the temperature sensor and radar level sensor'working principle and selection, the selection of customs supervision computer, According to the chosen hardware design software realize project:the FCU communicate with embedded host machine with the modbus agreement; the embedded host machine communicate with customs supervise computer with VPN Ethernet.Finally, summarize the full text, the function and application of the system fully meet the requirements of customs supervision, customs supervision of real data on the bonded enterprise has great popularization and application value.
