Study On Supervision System For Bonded Processing Enterprise And Custom And Its Application

Bonded processing is a kind of preferential processing pattern which can be given to foreign merchants in order to attract foreign investment. The customs supervise process of cargo import,production, and export completely through exempting customs duty and the increment duty. Because enjoying the tax-free preferential policy, illegal individual evades taxes, which brought the very big trouble to the customs. But because origin way of the declaration data is diverse and data updating is not prompt, the supervision effect is not obvious. The strategy of changing supervision way using the present information technology becomes the urgent matter. For the past three years, Main customs carried out enterprise networking supervision, the customs Provides the technical connection. The enterprise develops the internal declaration system. But because this is newly emerging things, and enterprises internal management levels are various, The whole declaration troop quality is low, It is unable to coordinate the enterprise to develop system which can satisfy the networking entire journey supervision request.In view of the above background, this paper will use industrial engineering related knowledge, unify the F Corporation actual problem conduct the following content research:In the first chapter, we analyze domestic and foreign present situation and the trend of development in this profession , elaborate research background, significance, goal and main research content of this paper.In the second chapter, we analyze union supervision principle between bonded enterprise and the customs, study networking supervision pattern between bonded enterprise and the customs according to operation principle.In the third chapter, we construct overall technology frame of networking supervision pattern between bonded enterprise and the customs, analyze five large-scale system connections and the function in this technology frame, study electron account subsystem with emphasis, analyze function principle and operation way of three big modules which include electronic account put on records module, electronic account declaration module, electronic account cancel after verification module.
