With the popularity of modern digital technology, information technology and network, how to ensure the safety of media such as mobile hard disk drive, USB flash disk, notebook computers and the classified document has become an important study in the domain of security device control application. In order to improve the control performance and safety performance of security devices, a set of embedded intelligent security device control systems are designed and implemented based on ARM to meet functional requirements.In recent years, the equipments in the control system of encrypting information are designed based on MCU. It could not adapt to the managed needs of the current complex situation because the functional structure of the MCU is relatively simple, AT91SAM9260 processor with 32 bit made by Atmel Corporation is selected to be hardware platform of the embedded system including the intelligent control devices, RFID acquisition systems, image acquisition systems, biometric access control and alarm sensors etc. Advantages are considered such as low power dissipation, cost, and Linux operating system, high performance, more efficient of ARM processor. The lower control modules will run faster, the function of it much improved, and the storage capacity much larger.The platform of Linux operating system uses the embedded database SQLite for effective management relevant data. Based on the analysis of embedded Linux environment, the Linux operating system was cutted and builded, the system software development environment was structured, and the relevant drivers were transplanted. SQLite database programming, Socket programming, serial communication and multi-threaded programming techniques are all used to develop the Control applications. It includes control modules, management modules and communication modules. Finally, the control applications are transplanted to ARM, and then a complete embedded intelligent security control system is completed.ARM processor chip with a higher effective-cost and Linux embedded operating system are used in the embedded intelligent security device control system. The test results show that the embedded security technology used in intelligent device control system has network and intelligent management features. The portable application is simple, and stable. The embedded intelligent modules can be expected for the managed control of the confidentiality cabinet to meet the requirements of the system.
