Now with the continuous development of higher education,the development of education informationization and the application of Internet technology drive the majority of universities to establish their own portals. Today, university portals have been an important access for college teachers and students with the campus network to get campus information resources and other information resources, meanwhile, it is also an effective window to display their image.However, new things, from the beginning to the development process, must have its shortcomings, the development of university portals have many problems to be solved, such as information quality, information services, these factors will affect the use of web users, so from affect the overall efficiency of teaching management. This article on the basis of relevant theories, through the portal area of the existing research on the university portal, has defined the meaning and impact of proposed and detailed analysis of the impact factor University portal to portal on the current college related research and development to provide valuable information. Theory:the portal through the college customer satisfaction analysis of factors that can fill the portal on the University of the blank customer satisfaction and provide a reference for related research. Practice:Through the Portal (Anhui University portal) user satisfaction factors of the study, managers can provide the leadership and some suggestions on the construction site to improve the site user satisfaction, which will improve the college students actively involved in the use of service portals have an important role in the initiative, as well as school administration decision-making, management of reference information, and constantly improve services, improve the efficiency of the relevant departments.To further understand the construction and development of university portal problems, clear understanding of what factors affect the construction of the university portals and satisfaction, this paper uses a literature analysis,questionnaires, statistical analysis, from the user of the university portals, through the relevant literature review, first proposed the university portal of the five customer satisfaction factors, and user satisfaction based on existing research sites, constructed university portal user satisfaction factors model factors which influence include, website information, site stability, site layout and navigation of the site information service, website online teaching. Then through the questionnaire related to two indicators of measurement, at last,use of statistical software SPSS 17.0 valid data that has been finished to descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis, in order to verify the hypothesis and model of the text.The specific contents of the article as follows:The first part describes the research background and research questions and significance, and then describe the research methods, this study also proposed innovation and research process. The second part of the literature review is part of the article by reading relevant literature, research on the concept and meaning of the relevant list and summary of the major domestic and international customer satisfaction on the impact of site factors on the situation, for the following lay the foundation for the model and assumptions. The third part mainly based on the second part of the content and factors related to satisfaction model, this study models and assumptions, and then related to the questionnaire explained the situation. The fourth part is the empirical analysis, the first thing through the questionnaire, has been effective data collection and statistical analysis of the SPSS, including factor analysis and regression analysis. Second summary of previous relevant research data, the use of quantitative analysis results show the article, hypotheses, draw conclusions, namely, site information, site stability, site layout and navigation of the site network information service and website have positive effects on teaching Web site user satisfaction, and their effects are:0.331,0.318,0.204,0.182,0.176. Web site information and site system in which the stability of the impact of higher customer satisfaction, site layout and navigation and site documentation services, followed by minimal impact on network teaching, which may be the actual situation of Anhui University, teaching on the network. Finally, explore the university portal to improve user satisfaction approach, proposed a targeted and constructive measures and recommendations to promote the construction of university portal to improve user satisfaction, and promote the further development of university portal. Part V of the article first analyzes and summarizes the existing shortcomings, including theoretical research and empirical research. Finally, the shortcomings of this study, the authors proposed the future direction and prospects for further research.In short, the university portal, the impact of customer satisfaction factors is a complex proposition, may be subject to many factors, it is worth our careful study and consideration.
