University information portal can integrate various application systems, data sources and web sources under Internet/Intranet environment. It provides customized application interface according to each user's identity and habit. It connects users via events and message processing and transferring. It is not limited to create a university site, provide campus products and services information. It also provides unified management for the whole platform. The purpose of University Information Portal is to solve the information islet problem generally faced in the college and university information construction, integrate existing application,accelerate information flow,enhance application and calculation integration,promote information system operation efficiency to a great extent,and provide better user interface experience.This article first introduces the goal of HDUIP construction and key technology. It also introduces the basic development flow of the HDUIP and the characteristic of.NET framework. The following content includes Single-Sign-On technology and the process of SSO based on .NET framework, using web part to construct the customized user configuration and the concrete achievement process in .NET based HDUIP.The innovation in this article is to lead the real time communication system into university information portal. The purpose is to utilize the advantage of the RTC system such as real time,cross platform,low cost and high efficiency to accelerate information flow,change the traditional collaboration mode. It analyze in depth the RTC system related principle,key technology and model which is proved by specific application cases. It provides a new structure model for the hereafter domestic university information portal construction.
