The Research Of The Communication Of Anhui Image In "People's Daily"

Nowadays, a good image is a high-quality resource of a region, it plays an important role in promoting regional social and economic development. Today's society, many of the numerous types of media play an important role in the construction of the regional image.This thesis analyses the reports in "People's Daily" which involving in Anhui province in the samples. It sums up and finds out the features of Anhui image in the reports. To be more scientific and more convincing, it sets up two reference systems to compare the image of Anhui, the actual image of Anhui and the image of Jiangsu and Jiangxi which reported in "People's Daily"Since the image of the private sector is difficult to research and summarize,the actual image of Anhui forwards to government work reports in recent years and the official statement of the province situation.Statistical analysis shows that the "People's Daily" reported on the number of regions is not necessarily associated with economic strength, but reflects the socio-economic development level."People's Daily" reported about Anhui has the following characteristics:Firstly, there are a relatively large amount of reports about Anhui but not also the depth. Secondly, the subjects refers many fields but uneven. Third, Anhui is not coveraged frequently by the new ways of reporting.Analysis shows that,Anhui image in the "People's Daily" is fit of "Less developed province in the central",it shows the strength of the potential development of Anhui at the policy level.But there is deviation comparing to the actual image.May Anhui can Set its good image in mass media by some tactics, such as summed up the image of Anhui expectations, setting up public agenda, attention to news planning, strengthen management innovation, promote open government information and so on.
