| Web teaching of modern distance education provides new options for the rise of the classic teaching model. Network teaching provides the traditional teaching of time and space constraints, enhances the students self-learning ability, creative spirit and study efficiency. As a necessary component of distance education, web item bank and test systems distance education is an indispensable teaching way.In this thesis, as far as Baotou Finance and economics school, internet-based item bank and test network systems is researched. With the current research network test patterns and analyzing the situation at home and abroad based on the comparison, the test system of mathematical models, test system of algorithms and the quality analysis test conducted are mainly discussed.First of all, extensive literature is analyzed, based on genetic algorithm for the automatic generation of test system problems, a suitable mathematical model is established for test system, so that in this mathematical model based on the application excellent tour and genetic algorithms in intelligent search features, the various properties in the questions of control is to meet the mathematical model based on the indicators, from the item bank that is fast and good out of a group's request to meet the examination paper. At the same time, the thesis also gives the effective correlation coefficient test thesis model.
