In recent years, the rapid development of information technology has appeared in every walk of life. There have been great improvements in the agricultureal informatization work in Wanzhou. However, because there is not a united agricultural information data standard nowadays in Wanzhou, and due to the lack of integration of information materials, in different areas, all the data have been collected and published aunomously and the standard has been set independently. Though agricultural information service plays an active part, many problems still exist such as repeated establishment, low efficienct exploitation,and less sharing, which can not adapt to the requirments of sharing the information materials through modern information technology.Aiming at the existed questions, and on the basis of analyse and research, the thesis develops a Wanzhou agricultural information netowrk based on Internet. Its realization can wholly reflect the conditions of the agricultural development in our area and achieve good effects in propagandizing the modern construction of agriculture in Wanzhou, which publishes new information and technology for all the agricultural users, whose contents include agricultural information, general agricultural conditions, famous specialties, expert forum, fine breed matierials, market information, government information, laws and regulations, and momo. It is not only a window of Wanzhou open to the whole country but also a platform for the communication between the government and the farmers. It plays an active part in propagandizing Wanzhou, reflecting the agricultural conditions in Wanzhou, helping Wanzhou farmers, promoting farmers'income and raising the efficiency of agricultural. It also arouses the activity in reporting information in local areas, and promoting the agricultural information work in other counties and towns, and at the mean time raising the level of information management.Firstly, the thesis studies the systme developing background, nowadays conditions, and requirement analysis and makes details discussion on organizational leading, system structure, core technolgy design, and also prove the feasibility of the establishment of the agricultural information network in Wanzhou.On the basis of analyzing the nowadays agricultural information system, the thesis puts forward the necessity of developing the agricultural information network in Wanzhou by means of various kinds of modern computer technolgy, database technology and network communication technolgy. After analyzing the theoretical base of this system, the thesis, in detail, analyzes the system demands.Then, after the design the system function design and database conception, the thesis designs the system in detail. It puts forwards the developing environment based on JDK 1.5,MyEclipse 6.0development platform and Tomcat 6.0 as the web server.struts2+spring+hibernate structure and MySQL are adopted in the system and the database, which realizes the system functions such as publishing the agricultural information, information checking, administrator management, system log management, database management. In the meanwhile, the system fully taks advantage of the popular mode idea, which can both make all the functional modes working for the same system and be independent of the other system modes uttermostly. Finally, the thesis discusses and prospects the problems which needs to be improved and the existed disadvantages.
