With the application of geographic information systems being deepening and popularity in the field of agriculture, the regional agricultural sustainable development research, agricultural economic and environmental evaluation, land suitability evaluation of crops, pest control and other fields has been rapidly promoted, the paper is mainly focused on the design and implementation of information system of agricultural resources, through the full investigation, comprehensive use of GIS, database, software engineering and network technology, construct an agricultural resources information system based on Web GIS(ARIS), and applied to the actual engineering management of agricultural resources in Hebei province.Through thoroughly study of agricultural resource information system, and use of the system overall train of thought and the relationships between the basis of a careful analysis, to develop a set of planning based on the scheme of WEBGIS system. The three parts mainly contain the following information:(1) A comprehensive investigation and analysis of Hebei agricultural resource information in Hebei province is various and complex topography, agricultural resources of different things, the north-south temperature difference of the actual. Based on the distribution of environmental and agricultural product of every region, a large quantity of information can be organized to enrich the database, and through the research direction of the current construction to obtain the most up-to-date information on agricultural resources.(2) The data mining algorithm to obtain the implicit relationships in Web GIS database of agricultural resource information based on a perplexing variety, the relationship between the index of many species and between segmented, through incremental construction model in three yuan of inter-relevant successive trees model under the 5 layers-- the list structure, based on the incremental processing model of the multiple transaction corresponding merging algorithm, and applied to the Web GIS database data mining information and knowledge effectively, use the hidden relationship, through the massive data to predict the future trend of development.Due to the invisible aspects of the data mining algorithm, and a variety of information obtained through Web GIS.(3) Building agricultural resource information system with Web GIS in the face of complexity of the entire agricultural resource information of this design based on object-oriented database, through the data of Hebei province agriculture department and other related departments, and the use of the latest survey information to construct the agricultural resource information system to better demonstrate the whole region.
