The Development And Application Of The Quality Control System Of The Jinhua Mobile Multimedia Services

The quality of client service plays a very important role in the competence of enterprises. In various kinds of industry, with the increasing number of clients, the number of servers and service organization also increases very quickly. On the one hand, it brings the convenient for clients and at the same time produces many bothers, which will influence the client and the quality of client service remarkably. In the enterprises'service quality inspection system, it is very important to realise enterprises'multimedia service quality inspection system by means of multimedia technology in order to improve the quality of service in the modern enterprises.To improve the efficiency and quality of service monitoring of the enterprises, on the basis of analyzing the demand of multimedia service quality of China Mobile Jinhua Branch, the author of this thesis designs a project which combines streaming media data processing with data transmitting in a narrowband net, which are relatively mature in the industry. The designed system consists of the end of collecting clients, management sever, collection server, data net-work and the end of managing clients. The end of collecting clients achieves the spontaneous collection and storage of the audio and video information within video equipment and sound collection, and provide the client management with real time monitoring. Management server realizes the management of the service net-work and provides the end of management of clients with efficient management functions. Collection server, data net-work and management of client work together and integrate in the platform. It achieves the video's function of transferring, storing, assessing, etc. In the quality monitoring, audio and video are transferred and played by means of streaming media technology up to MPEG4 standard to realize real time monitoring and efficiently control the wide-band use. By using the developed system, we can learn more about the real information of every premise in time, and grasp the information of the quality of service, attitude of every salesman so that efficiently managing the China Mobile Jinhua Branch premises and the A-list salesmen and it not only improves the loyalty and satisfaction of custmers but also achieves the goal of improving the competitive power of enterprises.
