Mold Production Management System Realization

In recent years, with the development of mould manufacturing and the wide application of the computer technology, the information management of mould manufacture process becomes a necessary way for surviving and developing. An important step of information management is building a high-efficient database, and perfecting the data flow.This thesis focuses on resolving kinds of problems. and enhancing the competition of enterprise, which based on a cooperation project with Shaoxing mould association. And a mould manufacture management system was developed for practicing.This thesis proposes a new model that enterprise the designing and manufacturing phases of mould. The model solutes the re-usability of design, which utilities designed part or assembly in mostly, reduces the amount of the customized part, simplexes the customized part via parameterized method. The model also solutes the separation of the design phase and manufacturing phase whose product data shared from design phase via manufacturing BOM.This thesis aim at: firstly, providing reasonable mold management solutions for the purpose of standardizing the management methods and strengthening the exchange of information and technical cooperation; secondly, introducing advanced management ideas, methods and means to resolve the control question of production cycle effectively which contains the production arrangements and process monitoring; Finally, considering the future development, researching the preliminary application of data mining technology in the management system to lay a sound foundation for the further information.The system promoted the design ability of mould, reduced the inventory, and met the need of customers in practice.
