With the continuous improvement of the expansion of GIS research andtechnology, people request using3D technology to deal with the problem, in ordertoprovide more direct and real object for the management and decision-making, the scopeof application of the3D GIS system also expands ceaselessly, becoming a hot researchtopic at home and abroad. In recent years, the demand of land and resources managementwork is in constant change, the management of land and resources is in the continuousadjustment, the goal of land resource information has become more and more detailed,according to the actual demand of Xinjiang land and Resources Office of landinformation, there is an urgent need to establish Xinjiang3D distributed query system.This thesis is aiming at the above problems, it mainly studies and expounds the3Dbased on GIS platform, using MySQL as database system, using Visual Studio2005C#as the development language, to realize the system development of3D publicationquery system and the specific features. Three dimensional publication query systembased on the remote sensing, orthorectified aerial and basic geographic information anddata as the basis, establish the3D scene, efficient display of3D terrain throughout, andsuperposition of two adjustable vector data and mining right vector data, dataorganization and management, vivid display, query and browse operation.The main content is:1Study3D terrain database, using aerial images, satellite data,digital elevation model and other3D or2D information source and GIS data to create awhole3D scene. Superposition in3D scene in Xinjiang land and resources information.2. Study the Development of3D information system, based on3D GIS platform,developXinjiang land and resources publishing3D query system, to realize theintegration of monitoring and management of the Xinjiang land and resourcesinformation in "a map" concept. Through the realization of multi window image datasynchronization, data on the stack, Xinjiang within the scope of the implementationphase of land remote sensing dynamic monitoring variations in spot data display andmanagement.3. Study the construction of3D information network, combined with theavailable network and equipment of Xinjiang Department of land and resouces, underthe principle of the full use of existing resources, design the systematic network.This thesis based on the study of3D publication query system theory and technology, according to the needs of the Xinjiang land and resources management, userdemand, referring to the successful experience of3D publication query system, designand develop Xinjiang publishing3D query system. The system is based on the contentsand characteristics of land resource management, under the principle of the fullemphasis on interactive software, simple and visualization, provide accurate,comprehensive data query results for Xinjiang land and resources management, caneffectively improve the efficiency of Xinjiang land and resources management, servicequality and management decision-making, provide a platform for Xinjiang land andresources information integration supervision, to promote the informatizationconstruction of Xinjiang land and resources further.
