| With the rapid development in the recent years, the EM situation of Chinese High-Speed Railway is getting more and more worse. Electromagnetic Interference(EMI) from pantograph-catenary arc is one of the main factor. It will cause a great influence on equipment of the EMUs, communication systems, and signal systems. The previous research aimed at electrical railway pantograph and catenary is its system designing, improvement and offline test, but less on its Electromagnetic Interference, let alone the noise spectrum component analysis and its measure system.Firstly, the paper analyses the theories of arc, then using the traction transformer, catenary and locomotive to constitute the electrical arc model by means of the MATLAB's SIMULINK and PSB. It simulates the voltage oscillogram of pantograph-catenary arc, and compares the simulation with the field measurement data simultaneously.Then, the paper carrys out the pantograph-catenary arc electromagnetic interference measure system:the part of underlying control and data acquisition. By using the data acquisition card and GPIB card, this system has high sampling rates and high-performance of automation which can meet the requirement of the pantograph-catenary arc electromagnetic interference testing.At last, this paper takes a field measurement to the CRH3 High-speed Multiple Units under operation condition(300-500km/h) based on GB/T24338:Railway applications Electromagnetic compatibility (equal to IEC62236) part 2:Emisson of the whole railway system to the outside world. It provides accurate and reliable data for decreasing the EMI of pantograph-catenary arc to the inner carriage. In addition, the paper proposes a protective method—using electromagnetic shielding glass instead of normal glass. |
