| As computer technology develops and the Law of Food Safety is issued, the traditional work mode that Bureau of Quality Technology Supervision depends on has been unable to meet the demand of supervision on food production safety in new environment. So, it's necessary to research and develop the system of dynamic monitoring in food production security (SDMFPS) to improve supervision efficiency, provide food manufacture enterprises, supervision departments of government and consumers with more timely and reliable services, supply strong technical support for construction of food safety, with modern science and information technology application.Firstly, this paper has analyzed the current situation of food production safety supervision in detail. By researching the requirements of Bureau of Quality Technology Supervision in M province, and analyzing key business processes, this paper puts forward general solution for SDMFPS. Then, this paper has finished general design of SDMFPS based on above-mentioned work, including business model, general architecture, function module and database design and so on, during those processes, performance and easy expansibility requirements of SDMFPS are taken into consideration; secondly, this paper has studied data transmission, smart update and so on in detail, proposed the solution of data transmission based on HTTP protocol, auto-update which adopts broken-point continuingly-transferring and off-line support that integrates data-centric and service-oriented approach; finally, the SDMFPS has been developed based on the above technical solutions, and the SDMFPS with perfect functions is realized.With SDMFPS carried out, all levels of supervision departments, inspection agencies directly under departments and enterprises communicate each other through the Internet, and all supervision work processes are timely, accurate and effective between supervision department and enterprise, the higher supervision department and the branches. |
