Nowadays, the techniques of non-woven fabrics which can solve problems such as sea water desalination, waste water treatment and industrial effluence treatment are ultrasonic welding, non-woven fabrics adhesive and thermocompression of non-woven fabrics. The technique, laser welding non-woven fabrics, we researched on have three advantages which are none-touch characteristic, higher production efficiency and lower production costs compared to the techniques mentioned above.This paper researched on thermal effects from laser to substances firstly and also wrote the heat conduction equation. We designed a system and built a laboratory stage based on statistics we have got in theoretics calculation. We operated the experiment in two different ways of laser welding, directly welding and scan polygon prism welding. The best parameters were got through the comparison to experiment of different situation. Laser power, welding speed focus position and other parameters which have affection to welding were also discussed in this paper in order to improve the quality of welding non-woven fabrics. |
