QoE is Quality of Experience which is also called Quality of User Experience. It is a subjective measure of a customer's or user's impression directly, and reflects the quality identity of a product from human being view instead of technique index. Most vendors care of QoS (Quality of Service) which is the set of attributes that can be used to define the network's capability to meet the requirements of users and applications. Based on the the advent and rise of new broadband services and network architectures, the use of QoE has been extent from wireless area to the all the services of the internet. This paper analyzes the different characters and developments among IPTV, P2P, and wireless area, and also presents a general QoE evaluation system. The system architecture is designed based on the idea combined customer satisfaction model and sorts of all services. In the last chapter, the paper concludes the future work for the Quality experience development.A big movement in network service has occurred from the technical attributes to users' requirements in QoE. Most research about quality experience currently only focused on one field, for example:research on IP networks; or adjustment according the feature of QoE to other network products like research on QoE for streaming media service system, etc.In this paper, the whole view about QoE has been present starting from the basic concepts to the deepest measurements according different services. The study also included all various network services performance and techniques measuring QoE, introduced the difference between QoE and QoS, KQI/KPI, etc, and the concept about communication ecosystem. In addition, the modified advices laid out after explaining different measure methods, like the machine learning, AHP (analytic hierarchy process) statistics method, fuzzy evaluation based on SLA mapping, comparing methods between fuzzy theory and Multi factor line regression method...
