Jinan Iron And Steel Remote Centralized Development And Implementation Of Measurement Systems

Jigang remote integrated measurement system is an information system aiming to achieve measurement modernization, enhance management, reduce staff, improve efficiency, and accommodate to the development of modern enterprises.This system is designed to determine measurement model (auto/remote) according to the service type, the auto measurement accounts for 80% of the total tasks, making it possible to integrated control, dispatch, and balance all the measurements, improving the whole efficiency of the measurements. Closed-loop control of fitting, checking, measuring, receiving and tare deducting, all of which decrease the measurement errors technically.This paper used UML as the analysis and design description language to analyze different types of service measuring process, using the trilaminar application framework and N-level C/S & B/S hybrid system software framework, finally the information system will be divided into more little function models, which including checking management subsystem,main entrance management subsystem,motor track scale measuring subsystem and dispatching management subsystem.This paper discussed the background of the system development and the informatization status of the domestic steel enterprise, clarified the main problems needed to be solved of the system. This paper collected and analysed the status of Jigang, and established the system demand model, during the system designing stage it established the applying framework, software framework,site hardware,network structure and the function framework of the system by the guide of design philosophy. Then it gave an example of the checking management subsystem during the detailed design part and discussed the static structure, dynamic structure and database design of the checking management subsystem. In the end by using the description and code demonstration,it discussed many main problems realization process of the checking management subsystem.This system have been used in Jigang and obtained some effects, updated the metrological management model, standardized metrological management process,fulfilled gaugers'task load allocation equalization increased the integral efficiency of the fmetrological operation,provided the monitoring method for the balanced logistics admission; the gaugers can be reduced from 75 to 30 which can reach the aim of downsize staffs and improve efficiency; our measure business can be centralized & closed loop managed and process monitored,it can avoid most repetitive measure and measure cheating etc. management bugs.
