Now ,we are in the Age of the development of electronic ,computer and network technology, with the demands of social security and monitoring system , as well as its change with each passing day, research departments are adopting some advanced technologies so that they can make it take on real time of speed, clearness of voice and image, multiplex way of data gathering, and wireless transmission. At present the fastest processor to fit control is DSP, and with advanced technology of wavelets compression and wireless network transmission, the monitoring system is made more advanced. This paper mainly discusses the following content: 1 Wavelets Compress Technology It provides the concept of the continuous wavelets transform, the disperseization of wavelets transform, and steadiest condition of discrete wavelets. The wavelets image compress is a high efficiency which ground on multiresolution analysis. The basic idea : the function f in L2 (R) is expressed as a drive out imminent limit, which makes every approach become a function expression which has more and more centralized smoothness, and each resolution is different. Multiresolution analysis is that people can know image information in different resolution according to a series of detail. Based on the analysis, the author puts forward Mallat arithmetic: the analysed function will be divided into "fuzzy image"with different scale and detail supplement. In the application of wavelets to dealing with and compressing image, symmetry wavelets can reduce phasic delay of dealing with image, and the edge of an image is least distortion in biorthogonal wavelets. The details are as follow: According to the arithmetic bases of Image Compression with Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees (SPIHT): its a high efficiency set partitioning method ,and compact of essential information can get all right image compress effect in no follow-up entropy coding. The introduction of the hardwarized. It is composed of CPU core, peripheral equipment and memory. CPU core including program fetching unit, instruction distributing unit, instruction coding unit, 32 x32-bit register, 2 data path, control register, control logic, test, emulator and intermittent logic. It detailedly discusses the design of DSP device software and hardware, the interface of exterior memory, and the design base on TMS320C6455 principal and subordinate system hardware. It detailedly provides the interface design of TMS320C6455 and GDDR3, 1394b, physics link layer, I2C, and so on. And it expatiates on exploitational tools CCS3.1, C/C++ language exploitation, and the mixing programme of C/C++ and assemble language. 3 Audio Frequencies and Video Frequency Transmission Technology It mainly discusses the adopting technology of the Metropolitan Area Network: MAN ---IEEE802.16. l QPSK is characterized by the digital information with carrier wave of four different phases. l Quadrature Amplitude Shift Keying (QAM) is a carrier wave keying signal with the same phase and orthogonal 2-way carrier wave, using amplitude keying method to send digital information independently.
