There are urgent requirement of remote monitoring for the experiment since BESⅢand BEPCⅡstart their 4 years running. With the network technology and computer technology continues to evolve, the use of advanced software development platform and database development Web-based remote monitoring system is possible. There are large amount of data in BESⅢSC(Slow Controller) system database. The data has many different types. It's necessary to build a information query and monitoring system based on user's requirement for the collaboration members to retrieve the realtime and history data of the detector.Aiming at the requirement of the system this thesis study and realized the web-based remote monitoring system of BESⅢdetector. The function of querying the history data of database and the real-time data monitoring has been realized in the system, And the data was displayed in the way of data chart. Some critical data and the curve monitoring can be achieved by chart.Firstly, according to the careful analysis of the system requirement the system functions are realized by sophisticated server-side data curve ploting method. And then in the process of solving new problems the primary system is improved by using the modern technology solutions. The lightspot of realization in the thesis includes: The function of selecting and querying multiple tables by constructing linkage drop-down box and temporary table; Monitoring data in database in the way of data chart by browser-graphics techniques; The updating of data curve by the method of calculating the time span between the real data record and measuring the http request. Finally, the system framework has the versatility, It can be used for similar detector monitor field.The Design and implementation of this system have been put into use. The key page for monitoring the running status of the detector has been used by BESⅢcooperation group as the mainly web node across the world. The system can be efficient, flexible, visual indication of the running status of BESⅢ& BEPCⅡ. It achieved the desired design requirements with a high practical value.
