The important equipments-rotating machinery in modern industrial production are moving towards larger, higher-speed and more automation.Once malfunction occurs, huge economic losses will be caused.Therefore, it's important to detect the running state of the equipments to anomalies and failure in time and achieve the early prevention and diagnosis.The development of computer and network technology makes the Web-based remote equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis possible, and injects new vitality into state monitoring and fault diagnosis technology.According to the needs of remote monitoring and diagnosis system for rotating machinery, the paper do research on the web-based remote equipment monitoring and diagnosis system, the main thesis as follows:First, there is a compareation to the two models of the remote monitoring and diagnosis system, and conclused the superiority of the monitoring and diagnosis system. On the analysis of the B/S model structure, the paper gives the various components of the system's fuction. Through the compareation analysis of the developing Web framework, we choose the suit development platform and tools for the system.Second, the paper discusses the structure of the hierarchical design and the over functioning of the system.In the detailed design of the system functions, focusing on the long-distance data transmission, data management, and monitoring analysis modules. In the detailed design of the database, discussing the structure design, pattern design and safety design of the database.Third, the paper discusses some key technologies, including: When implementation monitoring maps are developed, the COM/ActiveX technology used; when updated map is displayed, the AJAX of the asynchronous pages dynamic data setis used; during system database connectivity and visited, the ADO.NET technology used, and to enhance system performance, some of the refinements in the database system design and visits used.
