Qianxinan Anlong County Party Committee Office Automation Systems Analysis And Design

With the rapid development of informatization construction in our country, and the widespread use of network in the world, promoting office automation should come before everything for governments at all levels. Applying modern information technology to handle official business, manage and provide public services has become an inevitable choice. At present, the office network and e-government network construction of most Party and government organs is limited to the common hardware and software environment building, lack of office automation system for party departments. Therefore, developing and building a particular office automatic system for Party department which conforms to not only the national regulation, but also the local actual situation, has very important realistic significance for improving the administrative efficiency and reducing the office cost.This paper focuses on how to develop and implement office automation system for Party committees. At the base of full investigation and analysis on the existing office management flow of Anlong county party committee, according to the characteristics of office automation management, this paper offers a detailed analysis on the existing office management flow of Party committes from the functional requirements, business requirements, overall design, database design to function module design and other aspects. The software engineering method and principle, are applied to design the office automation system of Anlong county in QianXiNan state, including daily office, receipt management, dispatch management, meeting management, documentation inquiry management and other function modules, which makes the work of Party and the exchange of information easy. This system will restructure the organization structure of county party committee system and optimize working process, highlight the role of leadership core on "the overall situation and coordinating all", improve the administrative efficiency and decline in the cost of office further. Finally, the level and quality of public services will reach a higher stage of development.
