Office automation, abbreviated as OA, is the automation of information processing. Itutilizes advanced technology to make all kinds of office work done gradually by various sortsof equipment and human-computer information system so as to take full advantage ofinformation and improve the effiency and working quality and finally increase productivity.Office automation, based on internal management and business development, by meansof computer technolgoy and Internet, realizes the government office automation, managementinformalization. The system adpoted the system developing method of the combination ofstructure and prototype. The whole system can be divided into the following parts: wholesystem design, user identity testing mode, user information management mode, finicialinformation management mode and user information sharing mode. The development of thesystem adopts advanced developing software and technology, that is, the paage of developingsystem combining Dream weaver frontpage-making software and Photoshop. It uses JSPdynamic frontpage design technology, Java Bean technology and Flash realization system,and SQL Server2000database management system to improve and perfect the databasesupporting environment.The thesis puts emphasis on the design of the automatic office system and the design andrealization of the user indentity testing mode and user information management mode.Chapter one is to introduce the background of the OA system, and its research contents andthe analysis of its application. Chapter two describes the developing tools of the whole system,user indentity testing mode and user information management mode. Chapter Three illustratesthe demands of the system. Chapter four explains the detailed design of the system. Chapterfive is the realization of the system.
