Design & Implementation Of Automation Office System For Propaganda Department Of Kuiwen District Party Committee

So it is quite urgent to build up modern office automatic system to achieve information selection, sorting out, transportation and analysis, and influent going of working process, so as to realize wide information, controllable, high efficiency and low cost,which can be used commonly. This way can gain the necessary information in time and actively in determining policy to assist to decide the policy, and finally realize the modernization of management and scientific of policy. Automatic office is to apply computer and communication technology, systematic science and behavior science into the business which is hard to deal with by traditional data processing technology and uncertain in structure. Meanwhile, in the research of automatic office system the author mainly designs the requirement of system functionality, takes part in the portion research of system functionality, and at the same time the author analyzes the core business procession in the system.The system realizes the function mode which is cored by office desk and workflow, and also realizes the public affairs, archive and human resource which are based on the function mode. Thus the Propaganda Department of Kuiwen District realizes office automatic management procession. In order to satisfy the requirement of modern office management, the system expands and optimizes the terrace function. The system analyzes the requirement of system from the angle of software project and aiming to office business, and it abstracts data object model, so it can well meet the needs of clients and automatic design of system function.
