| With the deeply exploitation of oilfield, oilfield has entered the high water cut period, to keep oil yield, high yield, rational exploitation of underground oil, and to improve oil recovery has become the main trend of oilfield development. Currently, commingling production is far lower than slice mining production, which has reduced the ultimate recovery and seriously affects the long-term stable production. In oilfield development, formation pressure and flow are very important basic data. Formation pressure is an important parameter in reservoir dynamic analysis and storage calculation. By comparing the difference between current and original formation pressure, and analyzing the changes of formation pressure, we can evaluate the maintain level of pressure and development effect of oil reservoir, and then determine the capacity. Therefore, we need to carry out the research of separate zone pressure measure technique, and in order to obtain accurate pressure data we need to use a variety of precise pressure measurement instruments.This project has two parts: hardware design and software design. In hardware part, LPC2136 of ARM7 series is the core, designs the following modules: the smallest embedded system circuit design, underground automatic packer, lifted control and drive module circuit, pressure and flow test circuit and the serial communication interface circuit. Software part uses open source embedded operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱand realizes its transplant in LPC2136, designs the automatic packer, lifted control and drive module and serial communication module. This paper using C# language programming realized a set of instrument management software. This software can control the electronically controlled pressure measurement device, process the raw measured data and then preview and print the processing results in the form of image and data tabular. |
