| Today, mobile phones are not only used as a phone tools, people use mobile phone as an mobile equapment that contains entertainment and communications fuctions.But limited by the data carrying capacity of original lowing communication network,mobile value-added services have not been extensive use now.Following the arrival of 3G ara and the maturs of TD-SCDMA,more enhance of the TD-SCDMA net by the network communication ability and the support of data service.TD-SCDMA net procides a good business bearing enviroment for mobile streaming media,video monitoring,mobile video conference and more 3G video applications.Because of 3G video application interactive have the charactors that use easily,operation facility and interaction stongly,its accord with users less development initial period of TD at business development needs,it can cultivate the habit of user experience video calls, and it can create new profit opportunities.First, this paper introduces the scenario of EVP and IVVR busines, the business functions,and the process of the corresponding platform module.Then this paper introduced the pricing scheme,overhead households scheme and the network scheme of platform at the third and four chapters.At the last,this paper introduced the energy conservation and emission reduction design of this system at the five chapter.In this design,I finished the analysis of EVP and IVVR busines,the design of pricing scheme over head households scheme;and I give the final network scheme,in this schemem the system can accommodate 50000 users of feeling cool show,and 60000 users of IVVR business,it is meet shanxi china mobil's requirements. Through this task of design, not only my professional knowledge have been consolidated and improved, more importantly, I have been tempered in practical ability, which built a good foundation for my professional technical work in the future. |
